Privacy policy
Last updated May 2026
This policy explains what personal information Octawire (Octawire) collects when you visit this website and use the contact form, how we use that information, and the choices available to you. It does not cover use of the Octawire CRM, HRM, or ERP applications. Those are governed by separate product agreements.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect: your name, work email, optional company name, the Octawire product you're interested in, and the message you write to us. We also receive basic technical information from your browser (IP address, user agent, approximate location) for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a product walkthrough.
- To improve our products and how this site explains them.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse of the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send unsolicited marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact-form enquiries are retained for as long as there is an active conversation with you, plus a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months) after which the record is deleted unless you become a customer.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). Each is bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We do not share your personal data with anyone outside that operational chain, and we do not transfer it for any marketing purpose.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email contact@octawire.com and we'll respond within one business day.
Cookies
This website does not currently set any non-essential cookies. If we introduce analytics or other tracking in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where required.
